Linear Track Balustrade System

Versatile terrace balustrade system designed for flexible integration

Linear Track is a versatile modular balustrade system for balconies and terraces, engineered to accommodate a wide range of fixing conditions. Optional BaseLink integration enables a non-penetrative connection to TerraSmart subframes through the Rail-Fix variant, creating a coordinated terrace balustrade system without disrupting waterproofing or installation sequencing.

TerraSmart Rail Fix

TerraSmart Rail-Fix enables LinearTrack balustrades to be fixed directly into the TerraSmart rail structure using the BaseLink connector, delivering a secure, engineered solution with zero waterproofing penetrations. It provides full line-load performance, coordinated detailing, and a clean, integrated terrace finish.

Linear Track Balustrades TerraSmart Rail Fix

Upstand Fix

The Upstand Fix variant is for applications where the balustrade is securely anchored to a concrete upstand, ensuring a stable and durable connection.

Top Fixed to Concrete

The Top Fix to Concrete variant is for applications where the balustrade is securely anchored down to the building’s concrete frame, ensuring a stable and durable connection.

Top Fixed to Steel

The Top Fix to Steel variant is for applications where the balustrade is securely fixed down to a steel PFC section, ensuring a stable and durable connection.

Parapet Fix

The Parapet Face Fix variant is for applications where the balustrade is securely anchored to a concrete parapet, ensuring a stable and durable connection.
