The Challenge: Elevating Outdoor Spaces for Modern Living
The Seven Kings development featured a large rooftop terrace and two smaller mid-level terraces. Initially specified for concrete pavers, the design called for an upgrade to create a more refined, durable finish. The challenge was to improve the material specification and simplify installation while adhering to budgetary constraints.

The Solution: Porcelain Pavers and Fixed Head Pedestals
RYNO worked closely with JC Tiling, who played a pivotal role in recommending Quadro Argento Porcelain Pavers to the client. This change, along with RP-FR Non-Combustible Adjustable Paving Support Pedestals, delivered significant benefits:
- Enhanced Material: Porcelain pavers replaced concrete, providing a stylish, hard-wearing, and low-maintenance solution suitable for both large and small terraces.
- Streamlined Installation: Self-levelling pedestals replaced fixed heads, accommodating surface unevenness and ensuring a perfectly level finish without delays.
- Collaborative Advocacy: JC Tiling’s endorsement of porcelain pavers showcased their advantages, securing approval for the specification change.

Real Results: Sleek, Durable Terraces for Everyday Enjoyment
The transformation at Seven Kings is a testament to the impact of thoughtful material and system upgrades. The rooftop terrace now serves as a functional and inviting communal area, while the mid-level terraces benefit from the same high-quality finish in compact spaces.
By partnering with JC Tiling and embracing innovative solutions, RYNO delivered a practical yet elevated outcome, redefining outdoor living spaces for this social housing project.
