Fixing Baseplate

The Fixing Baseplate is a clamp plate assembly that integrates seamlessly with the DS joist system. It is designed to ensure a super strong connection between horizontal substructure and products such as fences, light posts and doorstops that apply a lateral load. The clever design makes it possible to affix these vertical load bearing products to the flooring system without penetrating the waterproofing membrane. It is made from zinc-nickel electroplated steel which gives it ultimate durability, and it is non-combustible.

  • Provides solid fixing point without penetrating waterproofing
  • Integrates with full range of joist profiles
  • Zinc-nickel electroplated for ultimate durability
  • Made from non-combustible materials
