Balconies and Terraces: What does compliant design look like?
At the start of November, we took part in the Architects Journal Fire Conference 2022. Alongside some incredible experts from all across the industry, leading discussions on all things fire safety, our Specification Manager Calvin Dalrymple took to the floor to discuss what compliant design actually looks like.
Calvin discussed balcony remediation with regards to fire safety regulations, and what that can look like. He also went on to discuss B-Roof (T4) and how compliant terrace design can take shape, but also how you can go above and beyond with the guidelines to futureproof your terrace.
