Calvin Dalrymple
Head of Technical
Calvin leads technical compliance across terrace and balcony systems, helping specifiers navigate complex regulations and fire safety guidance. Outside work, he is usually outdoors, whether spear fishing, climbing Snowdon or perfecting a smoked Old Fashioned.
Harvey Lock
Specification Manager
Harvey works with architects and contractors to deliver bespoke non-combustible solutions while protecting design intent and compliance. A seafood enthusiast at heart, he is always searching for great food and never takes the slow route anywhere.
Caleb White
Founder
Caleb founded RYNO and continues to shape its technical direction through product innovation and integrated system thinking. Calm under pressure and fiercely competitive, he thrives at pace and rarely turns down a good draft beer.
Kirsty Farquharson
Campaign Lead
Kirsty translates technical expertise into accessible insights for architects, specifiers and developers, connecting compliance with creativity. Outside work, she is usually running, swimming or cycling, often planning the day around sushi.
Dale Alexander
Commercial Director
Dale works closely with developers and contractors to deliver commercially viable solutions that support long-term project performance. Outside work, family life and cooking take centre stage, usually with a coffee close by.
Arron Thomson
Specification Manager
Arron helps align design intent with practical delivery, working closely with architects, developers and contractors from concept to site. Outside work, he enjoys running, good whisky and luxury fashion, usually with chocolate nearby and his dog Murphy close behind.
George Read
Design Coordinator
George specialises in bespoke product adaptations and technical coordination, ensuring systems meet both architectural and fabrication requirements. Originally from Bristol, he cycles everywhere, drinks plenty of coffee and is known for inventing the occasional ‘Georgism’.
Laurie McMullan
Ireland Area Manager
Laurie supports architects, contractors and developers across Ireland to deliver compliant rooftop and balcony spaces with integrated system solutions. Originally from Belfast, he enjoys a good pint, a site visit selfie and guarding the secret to his famous McDonald’s breakfast order.
