RYNO x Whitesales: A simpler, stronger way of working

RYNO is pleased to announce the next step in its continued growth, with Whitesales operating as a trading division of RYNO Limited.

This structural change strengthens alignment between the two businesses, creating a simpler, more coordinated way of working, while ensuring customers continue to experience the same trusted relationships, products, and service they rely on.

Importantly, this is a structural change behind the scenes, not a change to how customers work with Whitesales day to day.

What stays the same

Customers can continue to work with Whitesales exactly as they do today.

There is no change to:

  • The Whitesales brand and product range
  • Existing customer contacts
  • How orders are placed
  • How projects are managed

The teams, relationships, and product expertise customers depend on remain fully in place.

What improves

Bringing the two businesses together formally allows us to strengthen the way we operate and deliver for customers.

This move enables us to:

  • Simplify account management
  • Improve coordination across teams
  • Respond more quickly
  • Combine financial strength
  • Reduce duplication behind the scenes

The result is a more streamlined, reliable service, with stronger support behind every project.

What changes

From the 1st May 2026, customers will notice a small administrative change.

  • Orders will continue through existing Whitesales contacts.
  • Invoices and legal documentation will be issued by RYNO Limited (trading as Whitesales)
  • Payments should be made to RYNO Limited

These changes are administrative only and do not affect how projects are delivered or managed.
