BaseLink Balustrade Connection

The BaseLink Balustrade Connection is a patent-pending innovative component that enables structural connection between a raised flooring subframe and a load bearing balustrade. Made from zinc-nickel electroplated steel it is highly corrosion resistance, and provides a hidden, non-penetrative connection detail between the TerraSmart Rail sub-structure and the Linear Balustrade systems. It enables the balustrade to be fixed in place without the need for mechanically fixing through waterproofing into the building structure, whilst providing a strong fixing which results in balustrades achieving up to a 1.5kN/m horizontal load capacity.
