The Aluminium Frameless Soffit Board is a sleek soffit with an innovative design compatibility with the Linear Flow Balustrade system, which enables a complete balcony dressing system to be achieved with maximum efficiency of materials. It neatly integrates with the Linear Flow drip edge base for an edge drained solution. Where the Linear Flow system is used but the drip edge feature is not desired due to entrance or exits below the balcony, the Gutter Kit can be installed for a controlled piped drainage solution. It is made from aluminium for ultimate fire resistance, and at 200mm wide enables a quick and easy installation.
